| You might check with some of the local realtors. Many homes are sold with home warranties and they should be familiar with reputable ones. I bought my home in 98 and it had a warranty, and I did have occasion to use them a couple of times the first year with no problems. I don't remember the name of the company though. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Has anyone had any experience with any Home Warranty companies? Purchased our home here almost 2 years ago, and it is now almost 15 years old, with all original appliances, heat pumps, how water heater, etc.. Considering a company called Total Protect, but wondering if anyone had experiences with them or any other Home Warranty company. |
