| Rich the home warranty companies were pretty good back in the day. Today you almost have to threaten them with lawsuits to get them to repair or replace anything. They send out a service company for what ever your issue may be, you pay your deductible. Once the person checks the a/c or whatever the insurance company determines if you maintained the item properly or not. In recent years from folks I know the outcome was they improperly maintain the equipment. Good luck | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Has anyone had any experience with any Home Warranty companies? Purchased our home here almost 2 years ago, and it is now almost 15 years old, with all original appliances, heat pumps, how water heater, etc.. Considering a company called Total Protect, but wondering if anyone had experiences with them or any other Home Warranty company. |
