I have their warranty in my new home.  It was purchased through the realtor for me by the seller but they do sell direct.  If you have a problem as I did, there is a $100 fee (or copay) to diagnose the problem.  Once it is determined that it is a covered item it is repaired or replaced.

My problem was with a defective condensatre drain on my heating system.  I had a little difficulty getting them to understand the nature of the problem.  Condensate leaks are not generally not covered. But between myself and their contractor that inspected the problem, we got them to understand that the water separator that was defective is an integral part of the heating system.  The part was promptly replaced at no additional cost.
