It's also not anything I said.  What I stated is that when faced with a public question as to whether or not the board accomplished due diligence no one on the board answered in the affirmative.  This leaves one wondering if due diligence was in fact accomplished.   In fact, we still don't know if due diligence was accomplished with regard to the questions put forward by the GM.
