I had assumed there was no list because the debate still rages as to who is or is not a non profit ( seems like shades of Bill Clinton when it comes to defining the definition of the word is)!
Have you ever actually read the board resolution that should pertain to use of the Community Center and other amenities? It could probably be better written, but I don't find it all that confusing. The problem is no one reads it, perhaps not even the board or the GM. |
