In other words it's the G.M. that decides which group will pay how much? Then he runs it by the Board? Why isn't there a list of charges available in advance so that everyone can see that the system is fair?

I was unaware that he needed or had a  committee to make yacht club recommendations. If they are not setting prices just what is their function? Is this committee the same group of people he goes to every time he needs advice on any issue? I thought if his recommendations were other than his own it would have been mentioned at Board meetings. Since I have not heard of a committee specifically making yacht club recommendations being referred to at Board meetings I thought the proposals from the G.M. were his own? That's why I thought it was a secret committee.
