| No, I think the board got the better of that deal. The Manklin site turned out to have water problems on some of the court locations and so it cost a good bit more to build the courts than we thought. Win a few; lose a few. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Those courts had great water views that were much more valuable as a residential site. In addition, Chase built all of the tennis courts in payment for the land swap. Pulled one over the board, did you? |
