Listening to Mr. Cordwell's comments I came away with the belief that his position was for OP to move back to self management and eliminate the approximately $80,000 that would be paid to a new management company.  I don't think he was backing Casper, at least that's not what I heard him say.  Seems that he believes the real problem with our course in previous years was the condition of the course.  Now that that has been corrected he seemed to believe OPA was in a much better position to continue improvements to increased membership and play.
