Thanks. And in answer to your question, Yes. Notify Cordwell to bring it up at the next meeting. BTW, another classic Cordwell quote in the Gazette was: "We, the residents, are left to pick up the bill as we will be paying [Landscapes] a lot more than we pay Casper, all to satisfy Strevens' need to take power from the General Manager." Aside from the personal attack on Stevens, I thought I just saw in the Progress that LU price was $6500 a month, certainly not more than we have been paying Casper. I think it may be the same. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ted: No one on the board or the golf steering committee owes anyone any answer to an unasked question. Just because you and a few other chat about something on the forum does not constitute a question of the board of directors. As a sitting director I can tell you I do not remember seeing even one member’s letter or e mail asking about the vetting of the four finalists for the golf management contract. Not one. Should we now ask if they beat their wives? Ted, while on the subject of disclosure, perhaps you might share the monthly Yacht Club “dashboard” with us? After all, we have occupied the facility for almost eleven (11) months and have not seen an updated dashboard for almost seven (7) months. Doesn't the membership deserve to know what this facility cost? BTW, that question has been asked, but never answered. Marty |
