For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, The Casper contract called for a 3% increase per year starting on May 1, 2015 meaning their fee would be $6,180.00 per month. It doesn't matter but that is what the contract states. (Page 8, item 6, section A.) Ted |
