For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, Please take another look. The Casper contract was dated May 1, 2014 executed by Tom Terry on 4/25/14 and the CFO and a Senior Vice President of Casper on 4/28/14. On page 8, item 6. Compensation and Fees, A. Base Management Fee it says the base management fee is $6,000.00 per month. Unless I missed something that is less than the $6,500.00 per month in LU's contract.
