Oh, and there is another difference, if LU misses their budget by the same 200% plus like Casper did for two years in a row, the LU fee is lowered again. Can you tell me where that is stated in the contract with LU? I missed that paragraph. I am glad someone stuck a performance clause in the contract. Ted |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ted; "We are paying LU more money than we were Casper" Not true according to the contract I read. Oh, and there is another difference, if LU misses their budget by the same 200% plus like Casper did for two years in a row, the LU fee is lowered again. But, quite frankly, I would be very surprised if LU could come even close to matching Casper's dismal financial performance. Marty
