The Casper contract called for a 3% increase per year starting on May 1, 2015 meaning their fee would be $6,180.00 per month. It doesn't matter but that is what the contract states. (Page 8, item 6, section A.) Ted |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: In the expiring contract with Casper the fee was $6,000.00 per month. My understanding is that the contract with LU is for $6,500.00 per month. The Casper contract you reference -- is it the one signed just a year ago April? My understanding is Capser wanted $6500 going forward, LU wanted more than $6500 but agreed to lower their number to $6500. However, given that Capser has lost perhaps $1 million or more on operations during their years of managing the course, even if LU is $6000 per year more, it is a drop in Casper's losses. |
