Can't see that much has changed except, as you say, we are paying the new management team more money.
My understanding is Capser wanted $6500 going forward, LU wanted more than $6500 but agreed to lower their number to $6500. However, given that Capser has lost perhaps $1 million or more on operations during their years of managing the course, even if LU is $6000 per year more, it is a drop in Casper's losses. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Concur. Can't see that much has changed except, as you say, we are paying the new management team more money. Let's hope they are successful in significantly increasing membership if they are not going to vigorously pursue outside play and package play. |
