Marty,
The contract for Casper dated May of 2014 was for $6,000 a month. The contract I saw for LU said $6,500.00. The board, including you, approved the contract. Was the $6,500 reduced to $6,000.00 or less per month? What are we paying LU? Ted |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ted; "We are paying LU more money than we were Casper" Not true according to the contract I read. Oh, and there is another difference, if LU misses their budget by the same 200% plus like Casper did for two years in a row, the LU fee is lowered again. But, quite frankly, I would be very surprised if LU could come even close to matching Casper's dismal financial performance. Marty
