In the expiring contract with Casper the fee was $6,000.00 per month. My understanding is that the contract with LU is for $6,500.00 per month.
The Casper contract you reference -- is it the one signed just a year ago April? My understanding is Capser wanted $6500 going forward, LU wanted more than $6500 but agreed to lower their number to $6500. However, given that Capser has lost perhaps $1 million or more on operations during their years of managing the course, even if LU is $6000 per year more, it is a drop in Casper's losses. |
