I find myself in total agreement with your comments and sentiment….a somewhat scary thought ( lol).
Are there any good medical facilities in Hanoi? An online survey might be worth a shot, but currently OPA has no way to identify people online. The proposal from Salisbury University suggests a possible online survey, but they probably think OPA can identify people via some login process. We can't. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I find myself in total agreement with your comments and sentiment….a somewhat scary thought ( lol). The monies would be better spent surveying the entire HOA population via Survey Monkey to answer the questions posed. Moreover, it could be expanded to include the sentiments on the level of amenities the owners want to support. Monies spent on the front end will serve the population of OP well but the survey as proposed does not require the type of inquiry that is being proposed. |
