P.S Joe, is it possible, desirable, to use this forum for a straw poll on the issues that are being discussed. A brief questionnaire could be drafted and circulated on the forum, the forum members would respond and then the results could be summarized and sent to the BOD for their review and consideration. Now, before you jump all over me (lol) I know the output would not even come close to rigor however it is a straw poll and therefore can attest to the sentiments of the forum members….just a thought!
We have polling available, but only for one question at a time. However, per my previous response any results would be ignored 100% by the board and the GM. One reason the poll results here have been rather accurate is the number of people participating, only forum members can vote, and members can only vote once. For example, here forum members correctly picked all four winners in an upcoming election: Question: Who are your FOUR choices for election to the OPA Board of Directors?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hello Mr. Hemmick: the actions of prior boards to garner input from the owners are desirable and you are absolutely correct when you conclude that if this BOD wanted to know they have the means available. I’m curious, does anyone know how many of the BOD members read/participate in this forum, besides Mr. Clarke?
