I'll bet there would be a volunteer parliamentarian some where in the pines.
The Board has an elected Parliamentarian. He was the one who shouted the loudest during the "discussion" all the while not uttering a peep about the lack of proper process. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, good morning. This is one embarrassing story - our elected representatives.
