I watched video 1 of the meeting.  Yea that was a pretty uncivil, ugly and unmanaged meeting.  I thought all of the comments and questions by Herrick, Stephens and Collins were valid.  The attacking behavior by Cordwell and Terry really reflected poorly on them.  I also don't think the attorney that sits on the board had well developed, rational, justified opinions.  They were actually weak and at odds with the controlling HOA documents.   Disappointing on so many levels.  Of course the GM was doing his usual shucking and jiving of any question directed at him.  I am so tired of that dodging that he has elevated to an art form. 

I did think that Stephens tried to advance the idea of a playbook as relates to DR violations.  I believe that Stephens and Collins and perhaps Herrick try to play nice in the sandbox.  Honestly I thought that with Marty off the Board the volatility would decrease and collegiality would improve.  I guess I was wrong.  Renaud proves that real leadership is not a title, and that not all people are capable of being leaders.  I really think he should step down as Board Chair.  It reminds me so much of our broken political process on the national level.  Nothing really getting accomplished, people saying nasty things about each other, refusing to get along.
