I do live just before the Pointe and if we are talking about the same pond (bog?), I think it is actually on my property. Slaphead
Hi Ed, I didn't think I was on anyone's property.....and I am sorry if I was. We had come out of The Pointe and I heard the frogs. I asked my husband to stop the car so I could listen, and then I walked a very short distance from Ocean Parkway toward the frog sound in the woods and could see that there was water there. I don't remember seeing a house....just heard a BIG FROG! It was quite close to the road. A long time ago, JoAnn Rasmussen and I were trying to see where that little finger of water came up into the land. We were looking for a space where a kayak could be put into the water, as there is no place on that side of Ocean Pines to do so. I don't think there were many houses back there then so we couldn't really tell. She lives over that way on the Parkway. Nancy |
