Nancy: My guess is you were on the corner unimproved waterfront building lot at Ocean Parkway and Port Arthur Ct. which is owned by Jim Short. The tidal pond and cut to Manklin Creek are bordered by private property on the entire western and southern shoreline. Marty Hi Marty, That sounds right. There were no buildings close to the spot.
