Total audited golf revenue for OPA golf in 2014 was $1.2 million.
From a purely financial viewpoint what is your opinion on the financial affect if the golf course was converted to a park? On the surface we would lose the $1.2 million in golf revenues but also eliminate substantial maintenance costs for golf. Maintaining a park would cost substantially less but revenues would be zero. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The last time I was told of the revenue by OC Staff, it was about 3.4 million for 2014 Total audited golf revenue for OPA golf in 2014 was $1.2 million. That included about $300,000 of food, beverage and merchandise revenue. If OC is doing $3.4 million and barely breaking even, it shows the extent of our structural problem. |
