a plan is useless without the talent to execute... the plan....first what is the vision for OPGCC (should help define who your target customers are) ..plan should be developed in concert with a golf knowledgeable advisory council and at least a subset of the board ... knowledge of the game is not enough...need marketing and finance suject matter experts the talent ... I don't know enough about the resources that LU can tap |
