No board has ever voted that it go for five years much less eight.
Marty, you tried to dump the entire thing last year and failed. Disappointedly, Stevens and Collins didn't even support you. Stevens came up with some convoluted suggestion that even he didn't seem to understand, and Terry used the entire budget process to turn Pat Renaud. What transpired is that Tom Terry took the board majority elected by the association members and made it the Terry majority. The money is back in the budget this year and, given the current board majority, will likely pass. |
