A food truck during summer is a great idea! Right now we dock in our slip and run up to the bar to an order...and wait.
So, Dan, unless you and the kids only go the Yacht Club on evenings of Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.... you won't find the food truck at the YC. In other words, if you are out on a Saturday afternoon or a Tuesday afternoon and expect to use the food truck at the YC, it will not be there. Aside from that -- think about what you wrote. We just spent $5 million on a new Yacht Club and you want a food truck because you have to wait too long for service at the $5 million facility. |

Kids get anxious. Being in the food industry for 20+ years, and following trends as part of the job, Food trucks if done right can bring big dollar with low cap investment. I applaud the "something new" avenue OP is taking. |
