| A food truck during summer is a great idea! Right now we dock in our slip and run up to the bar to an order...and wait. Kids get anxious. Being in the food industry for 20+ years, and following trends as part of the job, Food trucks if done right can bring big dollar with low cap investment. I applaud the "something new" avenue OP is taking. | ||||||
