Finally, my point is the coming election will hopefully see three individuals elected who are committed to hiring a new GM.
Joe Yes Yes Yes I'm totally on board with that thought. Can't wait 'til many more folks catch up with all the foible's, fiasco's, inefficiencies we've been seeing. Wondering how long it will take? How many more big $$ wasting schemes will occur?? As you and others have so frequently mentioned, he's the worst in OPines history. A whole package of other nasties: << lies -- including big whoppers like the pool was empty, the pool wasn't empty, << public rudeness and ridiculing members during public meetings, << pushing "almost illegal" closed committees, and closed deliberations, contrary to the HOA laws, their intent. << rosy scenarios "almost lies" routinely distorting his reports-- for example "just now heard about the bridge weaknesses" I could continue, but you already "get it" Tom |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: and your point is what? My point is that the board more or less just rubber-stamped the GM's budget. The board's supposed line-by-line review is a joke.
The above just scratches the surface. Few association members have actually looked at the budget. In fact, in order to look at the budget one must travel to the Admin building. Finally, my point is the coming election will hopefully see three individuals elected who are committed to hiring a new GM. |
