For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: one will find $149,200 slated for operational expenses and $216,000 for capital expenses. At some point I will be interested in getting a breakdown of these costs as well as a comparison to actuals from FY2015-2016 for the same expense category. The numbers are more or less speculation. There are no bids. In fact, OPA does not even know what it wants in the way of IT. The numbers are just meaningless placeholders. |
