The complaint about the late submission of director information in the individual boxes is not a new one.
Ed, the compromise was not complicated. I think it amounted to reducing the proposed assessment by $22 to keep it the same as last year. This $22 reduction was simply a Terry/Thompson con of reducing the amount of the assessment directed to reserves. The reduction has zero impact on OPA operations and spending as proposed by Thompson. Thompson got everything he wanted, and then Terry made some think there was a compromise. |
