When we were at Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli in OC we learned that he is doing a "food truck". I think it may be for a specific occasions, didn't ask, but I would LOVE for them to come to OP. Basically I would LOVE for him to take over part of the YC food service. We need a good deli here. Even if they are pricey. Sharon |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, You MUST BE KIDDING! You don't make your own FOOD TRUCK. You lure a REALLY GOOD FOOD TRUCK with a great reputation to come to your area on certain days. If they could have great food, they would do it in our own spacious building with a new gazillion $$ kitchen. Our GM does not "GET" how food trucks work. We have some fabulous food trucks in our area. Food truck are a very popular idea in the Washington area but they don't usually LIVE anywhere all the time. They have schedules.
