I agree. The board should at the very least try something for a few years along the lines of what you suggest. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I seem to recall that the monies transferred from beach Club parking to Aquatics was due to the fact that Pool passes are GIVEN away with the purchase of a parking pass. Perhaps the BOD could see their way to eliminate this policy. With that being said, then allocate no money from parking, but merely let Aquatics charge fair market price for one of the most highly used amenities, seasonally, in Ocean Pines. Then a true evaluation of performance could be made. The transfer from parking seems to be significantly less than what could be made from charging to use the pool! IMHO |
