Regarding programs/events that have a residency requirement; last year, approx. 39.5% of total participants paid a non-residency premium.
Unbelievable. So, association members pay a half million dollars loss on Recs & Parks operations to support these programs and events, and 40% of the participants are not association members. Truly unbelievable. |
