You, I, and others, know why the courts are being moved.  However, understand my approach.  My questions were specifically intended to elicit a public response from those on the board who voted for the proposal.  Without a public response from the board to these questions, the reasons cited for why the courts are being moved are nothing more than conjecture and speculation.  

Of course one could argue that the lack of a response potentially speaks volumes regarding the board's true intent in this matter.  No response could mean 1) incompetent - they have no idea why they are spending the money, 2) irresponsible - they do not ascribe to a reasonable level of financial accountability or 3) inconsequential - they are not interested in the membership's position on an issue.

To quote Clarence Darrow, "The law does not pretend to punish everything that is dishonest. That would seriously interfere with business."
