"the playground is in disrepair after only 10 years that is again a very poor reflection on maintenance"

Correct and unfortunately only one example. I am in possession of the report conducted by Playground Guardian for Ocean Pines Association, Inc. and dated 7/22/2014. The report noted 18 defective items. Every single item stated "Needs Maintenance" at least once. Other problems were four entrapment issues which resulted from a change in codes and are, according to my source, covered by a lifetime warranty, and the replacement of the upright posts.

This report is almost two years old and the manufacturer has not provided the warranty replacement parts, and I doubt they have even been contacted, and the posts have not replaced.

"a very poor reflection on maintenance" is a understatement if there ever was one.
