What I have pointed out is the responsibility for maintenance goes beyond the GM, it goes to the very people responsible for maintenance.
However, you have pointed with a crooked finger because you have no have no idea who is responsible for maintenance of facilities such as the playground. Such work is conducted by the maintenance employees within the Department of Public Works. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You claim that BY is not responsible for any of this. Point out in any post that I have made where I claimed the GM was not responsible.
