You could not be more wrong. You have no idea what the facilities manager is reporting to the GM as it relates to what needs to be done. Rec dept can only report to GM. Has no authority to hire contractors or direct public works to fix it repair anything nor does the facilities manager.
Maintenance people only do what they are told to do by the GM. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You claim that BY is not responsible for any of this. Point out in any post that I have made where I claimed the GM was not responsible. What I have pointed out is the responsibility for maintenance goes beyond the GM, it goes to the very people responsible for maintenance. |
