Was BT ever on record as opposing the Pending Action List when he, as a director, was tasked to keep it?
I don't recall exactly, but I don't think he was particularly happy about being tasked with keeping the list, not so much that it amounted to micromanaging. Actually, the list was more to keep a list of items that the board wanted to do, not so much managing the GM. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Was BT ever on record as opposing the Pending Action List when he, as a director, was tasked to keep it? If he felt so strongly that the list was micromanaging the GM, I'm sure he would have said something. Right? |
