If you think that Jerry Aveta and/or Sonya Bounds have any authority to unilaterally go and do maintenance work on that playground equipment, you are simply wrong.
I have said that if the Facilities Manager and or the Director of Parks and Recreation were aware of the safety report and did not act they should be held accountable. At no time did I suggest that they should be the ones going to the playground and completing the maintenance work. I stand by that statement. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What I have pointed out is the responsibility for maintenance goes beyond the GM, it goes to the very people responsible for maintenance.
