For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Doug: I have a copy of the playground inspection report from 2014 and the only thing unsafe about the playground was the total lack of routine maintenance. The report identified 18 issues at the playground and all 18 mentioned the need for maintenance. Let there be no mistake, yesterday the board blindly approved the GM's Phase I of the "Project".
