No, I am saying that the Scotts seem to be saying that since signs on trucks are not illegal, your concerns that Cordwell's truck with signs is parked on OPA property are unfounded.
We will continue this discussion at another time I am sure after the Scotts weigh in that I am inferring something that they are not implying. Or not. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I find the diversion interesting in that no one on the Forum has said in this particular discussion that signs on trucks are illegal. Illegal in what regard? OPA sign rules are not law. Are you suggesting that state or county law may prohibit such signs on trucks? The OPA DR Guidelines are subject to interpretation, and ultimately that interpretation depends on whatever four board members interpret. Does anyone think this board majority will tell Cordwell he cannot park his sign festooned truck on OPA property? They are more likely cheering him on. |
