I'm sure you know that the tactics displayed were nothing more that political posturing as any momentum in possibly changing anything that could upset the balance of power of the current board majority will be met with swift and dismissive action.
There are three board members not in the majority. However, they sometimes seem incapable of articulating their side of the story, or even do things that hurt them. The perfect example was Collins and Stevens voting to extend the GM's contract for three years. Or Collins and Herrick more or less applauding Terry's motion to table Collins' motions yesterday. Terry plays the board like a maestro. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bill, I'm sure you know that the tactics displayed were nothing more that political posturing as any momentum in possibly changing anything that could upset the balance of power of the current board majority will be met with swift and dismissive action. Although somewhat idealistic, I wish more property owners were informed, or at the very least, interested in how the actions of the current board majority affects them as members. Doug |
