For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, I would like to share the following development with the forum members. This morning I submitted two motions requesting they be added to the agenda. Director Herrick denied my request stating the Resolution B-04; the agenda shall be developed by the President of the association. I informed Director Herrick that he left out an important part of the language. The Resolution B-04 states: "The agenda shall be developed by the President with the assistance of the Secretary." That never took place even after I informed him yesterday of my intent. Director Herrick essentially removed me as the Secretary from the above process. He is yet to respond. Slobodan |
