Since OP is the largest assembly of residents in WoCo, don't you think we can use the term town?
Well, to get technical, towns are areas smaller than cities, and Pocomoke is a City. People can use any descriptive term they choose. Ocean Pines is an HOA, a subdivision in Worcester County. Perhaps "community" would be more apt. |
