Why are you assuming that employee complaints are "trumped up?" What's your definition of "arm-twisting?" I think you might be making your case/Brett's case a bit too hard there, Marty. I can assure you that many of the issues that employees have against your good-buddy are not "trumped up." (Hill allegedly bad-mouthing employees and BOD members on tape doesn't exactly bolster your argument. But, to be fair, I haven't seen the tape. Have you? It seems like you might have, given that you appear to know exactly what's on it. If you haven't seen it directly, but have heard what's on it from others...who'd you hear it from? Just curious.) I would hazard that OPA employees who have issues are scared to bring them up with their superiors because everyone knows that if you do that as an OPA employee, your job immediately becomes jeopardized. Additionally, because HR in the OPA is...let's say "questionable"... their options to exercise their rights as employees are fairly limited, and certainly risky. |
