i don't know who Mr Tendric spoke to, but I will tell you that I personally knew several of the YC employees on a personal note, and no one had to drag anything out of them.  No one had to twist anyone's arm.  As patrons of the YC for the 14 years we are in the Pines, we saw for ourselves the changes.  Anyway,  this is for another post, another time.  Bottom line is, maybe all the Board members should be out there mingling with the residents of OP and the employees and ask the questions themselves.  I think they will find most don't have to be coerced to talk as long as they don't feel their jobs are threatened.
