In your opinion what's the definition of a TRUMPED UP complaint?
Because it's my understanding that when Jenna tried to filed a written complaint that Mr. Hill and Mr. Townsend took her into a mechanical closet and demanded to see her cell phone for personal exchanges, the supposed HR Dept. wouldn't take the complaint stating 'he's our boss, what do you want us to do?'. And that was no TRUMPED UP complaint. If they didn't take that one seriously, and they didn't take any of the others seriously, then what makes you think they would bat an eye at a lie when truths were surrounding them in every direction? Hill has turned our town, community, sub-division - whatever you want to call it - into an absolute JOKE. Where's the outrage for the things he's done? Seems like everyone is afraid of him just as the HR person was/is.... except for Mr. Trendic. And he's being crucified for it. My blood pressure is climbing lol. I'm getting off of here. ♥ |
