Agree. Rather straight forward limit to last two or three years at the most, refer to the authorities if any major issues that would likely be of a criminal nature are found. As to widening the scope, I think you wait to see the results, but the one other area if expansion is warranted would be Public Works. Ted |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think a forensic audit of the YC would probably be self contained and not terribly expensive. If it showed theft or dealings with outside third parties of a fraudulent nature, I'd turn it over to the authorities. Amateur hour would be over. |
