| I don't know the answer to whether a forensic audit has ever been performed. In my 30+ years here (in one form or another) I don't recall one. I do think that your suggestion has a certain merit although I don't think it has to go as far as a forensic audit. The association could require that its regular auditor do a more in depth audit of the high value areas whenever anyone with signing authority leaves. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ed To your knowledge, has OPA ever had a forensic audit performed? Granted independent audits are performed annually; a public corporation with the significant changes in BOD & CEO that OPA experiences, one could justify the expense to ensure compliance in all aspects of operations. |
