| I know nothing about bonding employees, OPA or otherwise. Based on past hires, OPA doesn’t always do a background checK. Simple stuff like hiring people who may owe a ton of back assessments. There are no controls and we are reaping the results. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Aren't the employees that handle large sums of money bonded? If not total incompetence on the part of OPA administration! |
